What is the processing time?

  • Due to all of our products being handmade our processing may take up to 5 business days. 

Processing times can be extended due to high volume order, drastic increase in sales and inventory on backorder

Can I cancel my order?

  • Yes within 2 hours of your purchase.

Do you allow returns?

  • No, if there is an issue with your product please email us at: hello@roesbudnaturals.com

My shipping label has been stuck in pre-shipment

  • Once you place your order we start preparing your order and begin the "processing" as stated above. 

My address is wrong on my order.. HELP!

  • If you entered the wrong address on your order please email us within 24 hours of your purchase. If it is not within the 24 hours we will simply cancel your order and you can reorder with the correct address.

    What are your business hours?

    Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 7:00pm EST  Sat 12:00 - 3:00pm and like Chick-Fil-A we are closed on Sundays :)
